Key Points Shark Fear
Understand your fear and what really scares you
Learn about what really scares you; Study why sharks behave the way they do
Try to put yourself in the shark’s position and how it may view you
Step by step get closer to facing your fear
Take a trip and go and see them in their environment
Then when you are ready dive with them in the safety of a cage
Helping others back into the water
If I can help more people that have this fear find a peaceful resolution and get back into the water, then my experience and heartache I endured was worth it to educate other about how not to appear part of the food chain.

The best way to deal with this is to learn about the creature that haunts you. Find an understanding about the Fear and learn how to control it. Do not try to overcome Fear as Fear lets you know you are alive. Being Fearless I should imagine would be like being dead.
The best way to overcome this deep seated Fear is to Face up to it in a safe environment, where you can talk to experts that are reassuring towards your feelings and can help you see the sharks in a whole new light.
I highly recommend taking part in a Shark Diving Adventure and there is no company better than the Andrew and Rodney Fox Team.
